78-Year-Old Trump Train Member Charged With Domestic Battery Over 73-Year-Old Wife’s Hillary Support

Many people on social media report that they’ve lost lifelong friends over this insane presidential election cycle. Emotions run deep, especially among supporters of bloviating billionaire and reality TV actor Donald Trump, who far too often make Obama’s 2008 “Hope and Change” worshipers seem civil by comparison.

It goes without saying that this election has brought out the worst in people and another example of this comes from Florida, where police were called after a 78-year-old senior citizen, Lawrence Littman, allegedly threw his 73-year-old wife, Elvia Littman, to the ground, causing Mr. Littman to be charged with domestic battery.

In a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun, Mr. Littman, a supporter of Donald Trump, is accused of attacking his wife over a political argument because she is a supporter of Hillary Clinton.

Mrs. Littman told police that after Mr. Littman grabbed her arm and threw her on a chair in the bedroom, she tried to get away, but Mr. Littman “followed her, grabbed her by the arm again and slung her to the ground” and that she hurt her backside from hitting the ground.

This writer has also lost “friends” over this election. I understand the emotions. But for an elderly couple to have this kind of an altercation, after 20-years of marriage is really sad.

November can’t come soon enough.
