TYRANNY ALERT: Obama and Hillary Scheme for Unconstitutional Royal Edicts on Gun Control!

Our republic is in trouble. More important than any one particular idea, any one policy, any one leader is the premise that we are a nation of laws. We must uphold these laws and we must adhere to our constitutional principles if we are to survive as a nation.

Chief among these principles is that no single man (or woman) is above the law. While we grant a tremendous amount of prerogative power to the president, his actions must be constitutionally sound or else we are duty-bound to oust him.

Our doctrine of separation of powers demands that our legislative body creates the laws, our judicial body interprets the laws to make sure that they are within the bounds of the Constitution and our president is tasked with enforcing the law.

However, America’s future is in peril as Barack Obama, America’s first emperor, is reportedly weighing whether or not to issue even more unconstitutional executive actions to curtail our Second Amendment rights.

To make matters worse, Hillary Clinton, a 2016 Democratic candidate who has flailed to grab-hold of a sound campaign strategy, has pledged to follow suit and issue executive actions on our Second Amendment if she should gain the presidency.

Just days after President Obama took to the airwaves to gruesomely capitalize upon the deaths of nine innocent people in Roseburg, Oregon, the White House announced on Monday that Obama was considering whether to issue more unconstitutional restrictions upon our Second Amendment rights.

“The president has frequently pushed his team to consider a range of executive actions that could more effectively keep guns out of the hands of criminals and others who shouldn’t have access to them,” White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said Monday. “That’s something that is ongoing here.”

The comments came after news broke that Clinton had declared that if president, she would unlawfully issue executive edicts concerning Second Amendment rights.

“I want to push hard to get more sensible restraints,” Clinton said on the “Today Show.” “I want to work with Congress, but I will look at ways as president.”

“I want to work with Congress… but…” is the go-to mantra of every despot of modern times.

Fidel and Raul Castro, the communist dictators of Cuba, technically, maintain a legislative body. However, they are not bound to their rule. What good is a legislative body if when they do not act as the president/dictator would like, they are simply usurped?

“I’m going to try in every way,” Clinton claimed on Monday. “I am going to get those guns out of people’s hands.”

Last week, she parroted the left’s talking points by lashing-out at the NRA for their support of our constitutional rights.

“We need to make every politician who sides with [the NRA] to look in the eyes of parents whose kids have been murdered,” Clinton said. “The GOP counts on a dedicated group that scares politicians and says ‘We will vote against you’ … So we will take them on. We took them on in the ’90s; we’re gonna take them on again.”

Clinton has called for increased background check qualifications and for the eradication of legal protections for gun manufacturers from civil liabilities for misuse.

In essence, Clinton understands that if a gun manufacturer is civilly liable for millions of dollars in damages if a nutcase misuses their gun, the cost of business will force companies to close their doors.

Our republic is too important to simply throw it away. However one feels about the Second Amendment or about gun control, the solution cannot be to support tyranny.

We have a balance of powers within our government and no one person should be infused with the power of creating laws.
