[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Anti-freedom, anti-Bill of Rights New York Democrat, Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney, has introduced legislation which would force Americans to have a financial cost associated with observing rights guaranteed to them under the Second Amendment of the Constitution.[/vc_column_text][banner300 banner=”5517620b381df”][vc_column_text]If passed, controlist Maloney’s “Firearm Risk Protection Act,” an outright backdoor attack on the Second Amendment, would force Americans to purchase liability insurance before being allowed to purchase a firearm to protect themselves, and would impose a whopping $10,000 dollar fine if a gun owner fails to comply.
“We require insurance to own a car, but no such requirement exists for guns,” Maloney said in a statement. “The results are clear: car fatalities have declined by 25 percent in the last decade, but gun fatalities continue to rise.”
This isn’t Maloney’s first rodeo when it comes to attacking Second Amendment rights. The longtime enemy of freedom introduced legislation which would force sellers at gun shows to obtain background checks for all gun purchases just weeks ago.

Any other sections of the Bill of Rights you want to carry a cost, Maloney?
