AZ Sheriff Exposes Obama Plan to Release Illegal Alien With Drug-Resistant TB

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Obama Regime is set to release an illegal alien man from Mexico, who has drug-resistant tuberculosis, and Pinal County, Arizona Sheriff Paul Babeu is livid over the matter, telling Newsmax  the release is “unacceptable” and a “reckless.”

“This is unacceptable — and it’s reckless disregard for the public’s safety,” Babeu told Newsmax. “You have an obligation, because of the public-health concerns, to either hold him in custody or deport him to his country of origin. It’s one or the other,” Sheriff Babeu said.[/vc_column_text][banner300 banner=”5517620b381df”][vc_column_text]U.S. Congressman Paul Gosar, who represents Arizona’s 4th congressional district, which includes Pinal, County, blasted the move by Obama’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), in a letter addressed to ICE Assistant Secretary Sarah Saldana and the Head of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson.

“There is no logical or legal justification for releasing this illegal into our communities and exposing our citizenry to a contagious and potentially lethal disease,” Representative Gosar wrote.

Rep. Gosar gave the bureaucrat heads until April 8 to answer seven specific questions including, “Under what laws, policies, executive orders, or memoranda does ICE cite its authority to release an individual with such a diagnosis in the general public?”

Gosar also asked why the Obama Regime is not considering deporting the illegal alien to his country of origin and if the regime is planning on reimbursing the county for the estimated $200,000 the county is expected to incur for treating the individual.

Pinal County has a population of 420,000 and ICE is planning on releasing the illegal into Florence, AZ, its most populous city.

Sheriff Babeu has been a strong critic of Obama’s lawless and unconstitutional immigration policies which ignore existing immigration laws.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
