What Did this Reporter Ask That Caused Wild-Eyed Socialist Sanders to Walk Out?

Wild-eyed Socialist Bernie Sanders has been described by some of those who buy into his Santa Claus-style, everything is free policies as being like your grandfather. Sure, he yells a lot and comes across as a raging lunatic, but he’s supposed to be a man of the people, unlike those “1%ers.”

So, wouldn’t he want the people to know his answer to tough questions? Wouldn’t he go out of his way to treat people with respect? If you answered yes to either of those questions, you’d be wrong.

Sanders is in Phoenix where he will hold a rally on Saturday. On Thursday, he sat down with a reporter from the local NBC affiliate, 12 News. After being asked a question about his wife’s recent visit to Tent City, an outdoor jail where Sheriff Joe Arpaio houses criminals, and meeting with the sheriff that the Left loves to hate, Bernie Sanders became visibly angry and agitated.

He refused to answer the question, instead switching the subject that something completely different, pandering to the Hispanics in the area. After he gave his non-answer to the question, he stood up and removed his microphone.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the ugly face of socialism revealed itself after the reporter said, “First candidate who’s ever walked away.” This can be heard at the 1:39 mark.

After that, the whole thing got a bit awkward, with an angry Bernie Sanders falling just short of berating the reporter who was just trying to do his job. For his part, the reporter handled the situation better than many might have.
