Remember when Texas Senator and GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz said he started listening to country music after 9/11 because he didn’t like how rock stars responded? Yeah, there’s a reason. You see, fans of country music tend to be conservative and patriotic.
Country music star Tim McGraw recently came under intense criticism for headlining an anti-gun rights concert. While McGraw saw his stock drop with some country fans after this move, fellow country music star Brantley Gilbert will likely see his stock rise among fans who are strong supporters of the Constitution, specifically our gun rights.
Gilbert posted the following message on Instagram and Facebook along with a picture that will send shock waves among the Left and elation among the Right. He said, “So, BG nation…..I wanted to take my support of the 2nd amendment to another level, so my boy Carl Grace came by the house and hooked me up yesterday!!!”
Yeah, buddy. That’s what I’m talking about! I think I’ll go listen to some Brantley Gilbert. As he’d say, “Bottom’s Up!”
