BREAKING: John Kasich to Suspend Presidential Campaign

NBC News reports that Ohio Governor John Kasich, the son of a mailman in case you didn’t know, will suspend his presidential campaign according to Kasich’s senior advisor.

After finishing a distant third in the Indiana Primary, Kasich vowed to continue in the race to become the GOP nominee until someone reached the required 1,237 delegates or until the GOP convention in July, whichever came first. He insisted he would remain in the race even after Texas Senator and constitutional conservative Ted Cruz ended his campaign on Tuesday night.

Kasich’s exit leaves Donald Trump uncontested in upcoming states and paves the way for Trump to secure the required 1,237 delegates necessary to become the GOP nominee.

A new CNN poll has Trump trailing corrupt liar and Democrat frontrunner Hillary Clinton, whose previous presidential campaign Trump donated to, by a whopping 13 points among registered voters, 54 percent to 41 percent.
