Carly Fiorina Officially Announces: ‘Stand up to the Political Class’

Businesswoman Carly Fiorina officially announced on Monday that she will be seeking the 2016 Republican presidential nomination.

Fiorina began her announcement (see video below) by taking her remote to shut off her television which was showing Hillary Clinton’s strange presidential announcement.

“Our Founding Fathers never intended us to have a professional political class,” Fiorina began, a slam at both the Clinton and the Bush family political dynasties, as well as career politicians in general. “They believed that citizens and leaders needed to step forward.”

And that’s exactly what she did, joining Republicans Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio and Ben Carson, who also officially announced on Monday.

“If you believe that it’s time to stand up to the political class and say ‘enough,’ then join us,” Fiorina urged.
