Chick-fil-A: 1 – Commie NYC Mayor de Blasio: 0

Communist New York Mayor Bill deBlasio (formerly known as Warren Wilhelm, Jr.) has a beef with Chick-fil-A. It seems he disagrees with the stance in support of Christian President and COO Dan Cathy, labeling him anti-LGBT.

Though the left loves to claim they are the party of tolerance and inclusiveness, it is abundantly clear that their version of tolerance is for everyone to tolerate the belief system that they deem to be “correct” and, if so, they will “include” you. If you don’t they will attack, even attempting to cost you your employment or your business. The latter is precisely what deBlasio attempted to do to Chick-fil-A in calling for New Yorkers to boycott. His efforts failed miserably.

Despite being closed on Sundays in order to give workers a chance to spend time with family and worship the Lord, if they choose, the New York Post reports that Chick-fil-A is beating McDonalds, Wendy’s, Burger King and Subway in average sales per store raking in average sales per store of $3.15 million a year.

The renowned chicken chain, who didn’t invent the chicken, just the chicken sandwich, is doing so well in the Big Apple that there are plans to open 12 more stores within the next year.

And it’s not just future projections and plans that demonstrate that deBlasio’s call for a boycott of Chick-fil-A has backfired. The long lines at the existing stores show one thing. Progressive hate against Christian values will not stop people from eating a yummy chicken sandwich, nuggets, strips, waffle fries, or anything else Chick-fil-A sells.
