Comey Hearing Reveals 2 Major Problems With Hillary’s FBI Interview

Two of the important new pieces of information that came out of Thursday’s interview with Obama FBI Director James Comey before House members on Thursday adds fuel to the fire that Hillary Clinton is above the law and that the “investigation” into her EmailGate scandal is nothing short of a sham.

As was widely reported, Hillary Clinton was interviewed by the FBI last Saturday, smack dab in the middle of a holiday meeting when most Americans weren’t paying attention.

Republican lawmakers and the American public would love to watch that interview, obviously, but there’s two little problems:

  • The interview was not recorded for posterity.
  • Hillary Clinton was not put under oath — she did not swear to tell the truth.

James Comey confirmed these two elements on Thursday but told the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that, “It’s still a crime to lie to us.”

However, without a transcript or video of the interview, it would be impossible to prove that Hillary Clinton was lying, something she is very prone to do.
