CREEPY: Obama Regime: Use Thanksgiving Dinner to Spread Messages About Gun Control

One of the creepiest aspects of the former Soviet Union was how the totalitarian government continually tried to weasel into the family lives of citizens. They fostered an image of Stalin as the “father” of the people and constantly sought to interject government between family members.

This same creepy tactic has been employed by the Obama Administration on countless occasions. From “Pajama Boy” urging young people to lecture their family members about Obamacare to releasing “fact sheets” to combat conservative family members at dinner, the Obama Administration has repeatedly blurred the line between “campaigning” and propaganda.

On Monday, during a White House press briefing, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest continued this creepy tradition and urged family members to disrupt Thanksgiving dinner to advance Obama’s unconstitutional anti-Second Amendment agenda.

“As people sitting around the Thanksgiving table talking about these issues as they should and I’m sure they will all across the country, I hope that’s a question that will be raised and asked by members around the table,” Earnest said, referring to a Democrat-pushed bill that would bar people on the “terrorist watchlist” from purchasing a firearm.

The bill is a non-starter, but being used as a political weapon to highlight supposed conservative extremism. However, though the bill would prohibit people on this list from purchasing firearms, it also eradicates due process as those on the list are placed there without a trial or due process of law.

The Obama Administration has repeatedly relied-upon the uninformed minions of the left to dutifully spread their fabricated narratives.

Is there anything so unsettling as an abusive government urging political talking points for family dinners?
