Following Donald Trump’s despicable attack against the appearance of the wife of Ted Cruz , Heidi Cruz, Cruz called out Trump as a cowardly bully who is afraid to debate him and is intimidated by strong women.

“Donald, you’re a sniveling coward and leave Heidi the hell alone,” Cruz told reporters while campaigning in Wisconsin on Thursday.

Cruz called Trump a “loud, New York bully” while exposing the character flaw of the bloviating billionaire and reality TV actor, the current GOP frontrunner, who has a long track record of besmirching women — especially strong women.

“Real men don’t try to bully women. That’s not an action of strength. That’s an action of weakness. It’s an action of fear. It’s an action of a small and petty man who is intimidated by strong women.”

Earlier in the week an anti-Trump Super Pac, “Make America Awesome Again,” a PAC that FOX News sycophantic pro-Trump hacks Sean Hannity, Greta Van Susteren, Andrea Tantaros and others continue to lie about, calling it a “pro-Cruz Super PAC,” launched an ad in Utah (won by Cruz with 69 percent of the vote), showing Trump’s third wife, Melania, posing nude in a past issue of GQ magazine.

Trump responded to the ad, blaming it on Ted Cruz while threatening to “spill the beans” on Heidi Cruz, whatever that means. Trump, perhaps sounding like his mobster business pal, “Fat Tony,” warned Cruz to “be careful.”

The mean-spirited, divisive and hateful billionaire then used his out of control small fingers to smear Heidi Cruz on Twitter:

“It’s not easy to tick me off,” Cruz told CNN. “But you mess with my wife — mess with my kids — that’ll do it every time. Donald, you’re a sniveling coward, leave Heidi the hell alone,” a visibly angry Cruz said, pointing and directing the order directly at the vulgar billionaire.

When asked if Cruz could still possibly support Trump should he become the eventual GOP nominee, Cruz did not mince words.

“I’m going to beat him for the nomination. Donald Trump will not be the nominee,” Cruz asserted.

Trump is already performing very poorly among female voters, a troubling statistic that would virtually assure his defeat against Hillary Clinton. In fact, a recent poll that was released on Wednesday hours before his latest Twitter tirade and attack against Heidi Cruz showed Trump losing to Hillary by 11 points. His latest outrageous unhinged antics will not help him on this front.
