Democrat Baltimore Mayor Allowed Marxist Thugs ‘Space to Destroy’; Now She Wants a Bailout

Democrat Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, who moronically instructed police to give rioters “who wished to destroy, space to do that” is now seeking a federal taxpayer bailout to clean up the mess she allowed to occur. The recent mayhem and anarchy allowed to occur by Rawlings-Blake will cost

The recent mayhem and anarchy allowed to occur by Rawlings-Blake will cost the the city an estimated $20 million, the Baltimore Sun reported on Tuesday, but that cost “released by city officials does not include the cost of businesses of the unrest.”

The Sun reports that while Baltimore can “temporarily” cover some of the costs of overtime for police and firefighters, etc., the city is asking that FEMA cover 75% of the costs, directly falling on the backs of the American taxpayer.

Henry J. Raymond, Baltimore’s finance director, said the city can temporarily cover the costs from its rainy day fund while seeking reimbursement for up to 75 percent from Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Baltimore officials said that Obama is being asked to “issue a disaster declaration” so the city can be reimbursed for the rioting expenses from the destruction Rawlings-Blake gave her blessing to.

You read that right. You are going to end up paying for what can only be construed as this mayor’s ineptness and/or complacency in the Baltimore riots.

Why isn’t top Democrat Party donor, anti-America, international socialist George Soros being presented with the bill? After all, we learned in January, according to the Washington Timesthat Soros gave $33 million to communist front groups hellbent on destroying American cities and capitalism, and have been paying rioters as much as $5,000 a month to conduct progressive violence.
