HUH? Trump Now Claims to ‘Love’ Ted Cruz; ‘No Longer a Liar’

After smear merchant Donald Trump shamefully and viciously attached the ‘Lyin’ Ted’ moniker to arguably the most honest person in the presidential race, the only GOP candidate who has a solid record of keeping his promises, Ted Cruz, the bloviating billionaire indicated on Thursday that he wants to redirect the label to someone who actually is a serial liar and deceiver — Hillary Clinton.

While it’s understandable for anyone to attach the label of “liar” to Hillary Clinton, Trump also — and this is unbelievable — revealed a newfound “love” for Ted Cruz, while declaring that he no longer considers the Texas senator a “liar.”

The Hill reports on Trump’s speech at a campaign rally in San Jose, California.

“Even in New York, I had three— two good guys: Ted Cruz and John Kasich,” Trump said at a rally in San Jose, Calif., to which the crowd started up his go-to primary chant of “Lyin’ Ted.” “Now I want to save that now for Hillary — lying, lying Hillary, that lying— she is a liar.”

Trump, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, struck back at the Democratic front-runner during the rally after her scathing foreign policy speech earlier Thursday.

“Ted Cruz is no longer a liar, we don’t say Lyin’ Ted anymore,” Trump told the crowd. “We love Ted, we love him, right? We love him. Now we don’t want to say Lyin’ Ted. I’d love to pull it out and just use it on lying, crooked Hillary because she is a liar.”

Donald Trump, like all sociopaths inflicted with untreated Narcissistic Personal Disorder (NPD), is incapable of apologizing for his unwarranted character assassination of Ted Cruz. Instead, he now contends that the moniker somehow — magically — no longer applies.

Con man Trump’s extreme egoism cannot even allow him to admit that he needs Ted Cruz voters to win the election against Hillary Clinton.

Instead, the lifelong New York liberal, and only “Christian” in world history who has never asked God for forgiveness of sins, thinks that he has a better chance of going after socialist Bernie Sanders’ supporters.
