Former assistant FBI director James Kallstrom, a former head of the FBI’s New York City office, said that Bill and Hillary Clinton are running a “crime family” and described the Clinton Foundation as “organized crime” and a “cesspool.”
“The Clintons, that’s a crime family. It’s like organized crime, basically. The Clinton Foundation is a cesspool.” Kallstrom said in a radio interview with John Catsimatidis on Sunday. “It’s just outrageous how Hillary Clinton sold her office for money. And she’s a pathological liar, and she’s always been a liar. And God forbid if we put someone like that in the White House.”
Kallstrom also ripped on Obama attorney general Loretta Lynch of obstructing the investigation into Clinton’s illegal secret email server, stating that there was never truly a “real investigation being conducted because of the decision not to have a grand jury.
“The problem here is this investigation was never a real investigation,” he said. “That’s the problem. They never had a grand jury empanelled, and the reason they never had a grand jury empanelled, I’m sure, is Loretta Lynch would not go along with that.”
On Saturday, Kallstrom, who formerly worked with FBI director James Comey and respected him so much that he recommended him for a prior position, said that he “always had a high opinion” of Comey but said that he “hasn’t had the intestinal fortitude to fight the rabid politicians in Washington,” in an interview with Justice With Judge Jeanine on FOX News.
Kallstrom repeated his charge to Judge Jeanine Pirro that there was no real investigation into the Emailgate scandal caused by Hillary Clinton.
“Since when do you have a major investigation when there’s — as Rudy [Giuliani] said — no grand jury, no subpoenas, no warrants. I mean, it’s crazy. And what they left on the table — you know the top secret documents they found — you know people go for life in prison at Leavenworth for disclosing one top secret document. She had multiple ones — code word documents — as sensitive as you can get.”
Kallstrom told Pirro that the Clinton should have been charged with “obstruction of justice” for “destruction of evidence” as well as “conspiracy” and “perjury”and that the decision not to have Hillary Clinton charged has caused a “major morale problem” within the FBI that’s like a “boiling cauldron,” according to several connections he has within the agency.
Kallstrom said that his “gut” is telling him that Comey must have something “big” coming out before the election and surmised that Comey may have made his announcement now because he “couldn’t hold onto it any longer” for fears that “the locals” in the FBI “stepped in.”
