FOX’s Shephard Smith Drops the Freudian Slip of the Day

The fine folks over at Twitchy caught what has got to be the finest Freudian slip of the day. Shepard Smith of FOX News was reporting about Hillary Clinton being back on the campaign trail, speaking to reporters on her campaign airplane. But instead of saying “reporters,” Shep accidentally called them “supporters.”

“Earlier this afternoon, Hillary Clinton spoke to supporters on her campaign plane — or I should say, reporters.”

Or was it really an accident? Regardless, I think he got it right the first time.
