Hannity Obliterated After ‘Officially ‘ and ‘Enthusiastically’ Endorsing Trump on Twitter

It should come as no surprise that Sean Hannity “officially” endorsed Donald Trump after months of hero worship expressed during slobbering interviews with the liberal New York real estate tycoon and reality TV actor.

On Friday, Hannity announced via Twitter that he was enthusiastically and officially endorsing the bloviating billionaire:

While conservative talk show hosts Glenn Beck and Mark Levin openly endorsed Ted Cruz , Sean Hannity laughingly claimed to be “neutral” in the GOP presidential primary. However, to any casual observer, it was obvious that Hannity was an early member of the Trump cult of personality, even though Donald Trump is hardly a conservative and represents every negative caricature and stereotype Democrats have besmirched Republicans with for years.

Moreover, while Hannity claims to have provided equal time to all GOP presidential candidates, a contention proven to be an outright lie, he did not provide equal treatment. With Cruz he was often antagonistic and constantly interrupting, while with Trump, the questions were sycophantic in nature, with different variations of, ‘Why are you so wonderful, Mr. Trump?’

Hannity got obliterated on Twitter following the announcement:

And perhaps the best, the most politically incorrect:

Hannity wasn’t the only Trumplicker at FOX News, and maybe wasn’t even the worst. But he was definitely the highest profile among the cheerleaders that included Eric Bolling (perhaps the worst), Judge Jeannine Piro, Andrea Tantaros, Greta Van Susteren, Kimberly Guilfoyle and even Bill O’Reilly — no one at the network, at least that was noticeable, was in the Cruz camp.

After Marco Rubio dropped out of the race, it was easy to see who the network was for. And of course the network has every right to do that, but they should at least be honest about it instead of hiding under the phony banner of “fair and balanced.”
