It’s Official; Loretta Lynch ‘Mob’ is Going After the Baltimore PD

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]And so it begins. Loretta Lynch has been described as simply activist Attorney General Eric Holder, who ran the office like a black man with a chip on his shoulder, in a skirt. Holder, who was arrested while in college for an armed takeover of an ROTC office, was a black militant in his early life and continued to be so. He just dressed it up in a suit. Prior to Lynch’s confirmation, there were concerns that she would be just as militant, combing over every single incident through the eyes of a racism charge as has been the case throughout the entire Obama presidency. With her announcement this morning that she will be investigating the Baltimore police department, she takes her charge even one step further.’

[/vc_column_text][banner300 banner=”5517620b381df”][vc_column_text]In the case of Michael Brown, the Department of ‘Justice’ launched an investigation into civil rights violations by Officer Darren Wilson and the entire Ferguson Police Department. It didn’t matter that the story of Brown being a gentle giant who begged Wilson not to shoot while he had his hands up was proven over and over again to be untrue. It didn’t matter that evidence and witnesses confirmed that it was Brown who attacked Wilson. Obama and Holder went after the police anyway because they need to constantly stir racial animosity and create strife in order to remain in power and control.

That brings us now to the latest incident that has made national news, the death of Freddie Gray while in police custody. Up until now, the cry of the left has been that white police were targeting black men on the street to kill them for sport. It didn’t matter that statistics did not support their claim. You had the usual race baiting fools, from Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, Sr. to the Congressional Black Caucus, making these claims leading people to hold signs that said, “Stop Killing Us.” It also has led to the targeted killing, or attempted killing, of police officers throughout the country.

Unlike the Ferguson PD, the Baltimore Police Department has a black police commissioner, consists of over 41% black officers, and is a majority minority department when you take into account all ethnicities. Three of the six officers who were charged in the death of Freddie Gray are black. Many renowned attorneys, including liberal law professor Alan Dershowitz, believe that the officers were overcharged. There have also been questions surrounding both the mayor of Baltimore, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, who told officers to stand down because she wanted to give people who wanted to destroy room to do so, and Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby. One of Mosby’s top donors to her campaign was Freddie Gray’s attorney.

But, none of that warrants any kind of investigation for incompetence or corruption. No. Lynch instead has agreed, after being asked to do so by Rawlings-Blake, to investigate the entire Baltimore Police Department for the legality of their use of force and whether there are systemic violations and a pattern of discriminatory. This from the same regime who targeted conservatives and Tea Party groups and violated their rights.

So now, the accusations have moved from white police officers being racists who target blacks to all police using excessive force and discriminating against blacks, even the black officers.[/vc_column_text][banner300 banner=”553157113d3ff”][vc_column_text]In some communities, black police officers are accused of being sell-outs. How dare they wear the badge to protect and serve. Doing so means they will have to enter into altercations with black criminals and possibly even arrest them!

Yet the left complains about the number of black officers. Given this witch hunt, and now accusing black officers along with their white brothers and sisters in blue, of targeting blacks when they are simply doing their job, do they think more or fewer young black boys will want to grow up to wear the badge?

The death of Freddie Gray was tragic. But, was it criminal? Did the officers intend to kill him as Mosby, the State’s Attorney, is stating with her charges. Or was there negligence or some other reason.

Unfortunately, the situation is tainted with videos of Mosby seemingly making up her mind on charges even prior to the investigation being completed have surfaced. She also ignored the police investigation instead using her own investigator who happens to be a former officer who was demoted, according to CNN, for “failing to follow through on a robbery investigation that two of his officers mishandled and did not report.” He also had to be tased by police in 2009 after the responded to a drunken incident in which he was holding a gun.

We are in dangerous times when those who put their lives on the line have to question every single move they make out of fear that they’ll be accused of wrongdoing, charged with a crime, and investigated by the government. That’s not to say that there are not some bad cops out there. Indeed there likely are. But, there are far more good cops whose families pray every day that they make it home as they risk their lives to protect their communities.
