Joe Biden Publicly Announces Cyber War on Russia, Says He Doesn’t Want Public to Find Out [VIDEO]

Obama Regime Vice President Joe Biden, aka: “The Gaffemaster” laid out another doozy on Sunday in an interview with Chuck Todd of NBC’s Meet the Press.

Discussing the belief that it is Russia who is behind the computer hack attacks against the Democrat National Committee, as well as being the country behind the seemingly endless hacks of Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s emails, Biden was asked by Todd about potential U.S. retaliation.

“I talked with former Russian ambassador Mike McFaul and we talked about the idea that you gotta respond when you’re hacked,” Todd told Biden. “You gotta do something. He described it as a ‘high hard one,’ sort of like in baseball, you throw a high hard one to send a message. Why haven’t we sent a message yet to Putin?” Todd asked Biden.

“We’re sending a message,” Biden answered with a buffoonish grin on his face. “We have the capacity to do it, he’ll know it, and it will be at the time of our choosing and under the circumstances that have the greatest impact,” Biden announced.

“So a message is going to be sent. Will the public know it?” Chuck Todd asked.

“Hope not,” Joe Biden abruptly answered.
