Liberal Pollster Stands by Fake News Tweet About Trump’s Easter Church Attendance

Leftist pollster Matt McDermott, President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump at Easter church services.

This is one of the most flagrant examples of fake news being spread in viral fashion by a progressive suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome that I have ever seen.

Liberal pollster Matt McDermott, who according to his Twitter profile is a senior analyst at Whitman Insight Strategies, took to Twitter on Easter Sunday to state an outright lie about President Trump. Even worse, he defended it when people pointed out for him that his tweet was fake news.

First, check out the claim made by McDermott.

That lie has been retweeted over 65,000 times and remains on McDermott’s Twitter feed despite the fact that it is the epitome of fake news.

CNN’s Andrew Kaczynski, who has written many hard-hitting pieces on Trump, pointed out that McDermott’s tweet was a lie.

Many people also gave McDermott proof that his tweet was a lie.

McDermott was challenged as to why he still had his tweet up even thought it was easily proven as fake news. But what would you expect from someone whose Twitter profile reads “Resistance is the best medicine?”

Unbelievably, McDermott defended his lie with a weak excuse that’s basically tantamount to admitting that he doesn’t believe truth matters because of claims made about Obama’s religious faith for eight years.

His defense of his blatant lie that went viral gets worse.

McDermott was called to the carpet over his insistence on spreading lies.

Then there’s this one.

Yep.
