Looks Like the Bromance Between Trump and Joe Scarborough is Officially Over

The bromance is over.

At one point, Donald Trump considered Joe Scarborough a friend and vice versa. Scarborough and his co-host, Mika Brzezinski were even caught on camera being coached by Trump regarding what kind of questions to ask him. Trump specifically asked for nothing too difficult and the MSNBC co-hosts of The Morning Joe happily complied. The happy and cordial relationship quickly became rocky in May and now appears to be over.

In May, Scarborough criticized Trump standing by his temporary ban on Muslims adding that he could not bring himself to vote for Trump if he continued to push that policy. He added, “There is not a better time for someone to run as an independent candidate.”

That sparked a Twitter feud between Trump, the presumptive GOP nominee, and Scarborough, who is also a former Republican congressman from Florida.

Earlier on Friday, Trump seemed to seal the deal of ending his friendly bromance with Joe Scarborough with the following tweet, done in typical Trump fashion.

It looks like Trump is being loose with the facts regarding viewership of The Morning Joe. Just two days before, Scarborough tweeted congratulations to those involved in the show for its record growth and ratings.

Will the two eventually make up and continue their very public bromance or has Trump officially kicked Scarborough to the curb in favor of FOX News’ Sean Hannity?
