Marco Rubio Loses It on FOX: Says Breitbart News Based on Conspiracy Theories

Pro-amnesty presidential candidate Marco Rubio appeared on FOX News with Neil Cavuto on Saturday, again crying liar, liar instead of directly addressing charges from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Council President Chris Crane that Marco Rubio lied to him regarding the Gang of Eight bill written by Rubio and a group of RINOs and Democrats in 2013.

The report, written on Breitbart News and featured as a headline story on the Drudge Report, further details Rubio’s extremist position for open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens, a position he now denies.

Instead of addressing Mr. Crane’s accusation, Rubio became unhinged, resorting to calling Breitbart, a leading conservative news site founded by the late, great Tea Party activist Andrew Breitbart, not credible and even said that the news reported by Breitbart was “conspiracy theories.”

NEIL CAVUTO: “Former ICE officials now, who are saying that your push for enforcement along the border hasn’t been consistent, that when you were part of that Gang of Eight, that you were not making it a priority.

When they questioned this Chris Crane, who ran this counsel group of officers, [he] said ‘Not one of the changes we suggested was made to the bill before Senator Rubio introduced it.’ That he tried and failed with you repeatedly, that your heart wasn’t in it.”

MARCO RUBIO: “Yeah, number one, that’s not true–and he’s not an ICE official, he’s a head of a union. And it’s being reported on a website that’s not a credible source. It’s the same website that said, Neil, that you guys gave me the questions to the debate…”

CAVUTO: “This was a Breitbart [story] so you don’t give it any credence, or his remarks any credence?”

RUBIO: “We don’t even credential them for our events. This is the same website that reported that FOX News, and that you and you guys in your debate gave me the questions to the debate so I could prepare — you know that that’s not true.

So, I literally don’t even talk about the things they report because they’re basically conspiracy theories, and often times manipulated and the individual is not an ICE official — he’s the head of a union.”
