Megyn Kelly: If You Don’t Riot, Protest or Burn Anything You Get Ignored By This White House

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Nobody from the Obama Administration has contacted the family of Kate Steinle, the young woman murdered by an illegal immigrant. While it is not the job of the Obama Administration to contact each family member of each murder victim in America, the Obama Administration has set a precedent by weighing-in on high-profile deaths.[/vc_column_text][banner300 banner=”5517620b381df”][vc_column_text]The Obama Administration sent three representatives to the funeral of slain robber Michael Brown. They sent three representatives to the funeral of Freddie Gray, a drug dealer. Obama spoke publicly about the deaths of Gray, Brown and Trayvon Martin. But not a single representative showed to Kate Steinle’s funeral; no cards, no wreaths, no phone calls.

You see, Steinle’s death does not fit the preferred, exploitive narrative of the race-obsessed Obama Administration. Steinle was murdered by an illegal immigrant thug who had multiple run-ins with the law who chose to live in San Francisco because the city was a sanctuary city- a city that proudly harbored illegals who could live in flagrant violation of the law without the threat of being deported.

Now, as national figures shine a light on this outrage, many are wondering, “Why is the Obama Administration so quiet about this?”

Fox News’ Megyn Kelly hit the nail right on the head. After interviewing Kate’s brother, Kelly noted for viewers that perhaps the reason the Obama Administration is sitting this one out is because those who take issue with this senseless crime are not behaving like the thugs that tore-apart Ferguson and Baltimore. It seems that the Obama Administration gladly gives attention to those who are willing to loot and destroy in the furtherance of demonstrably false racial narratives.

Kelly opined, (emphasis added)

“They didn’t riot. They didn’t protest in the street. They didn’t burn anything. That, in other cases has gotten the White House’s attention. And, it’s as if, if you take a civilized route. If you take the respectful, quiet, sad but objectioning route, you get ignored. I mean, there are people in the country who are angry enough over this case to riot, to burn something, to protest, but they’re not doing that. And the message the White House seems to be sending is, therefore you will be ignored.”

It’s hard to argue with this simple logic. Like a push-over mother rewarding a temper tantrum in the middle of a Toys ‘R’ Us, Obama seems content to reward violent behavior with attention.
