Mentally Unstable Democrat Senate Candidate Goes Birther: Ted Cruz is Not an American

Communist kook Congressman Alan Grayson (Commie – FL) must be off his meds again.

Speaking to fellow leftist lunatic Alan Colmes, whose own career has crashed since his departure from being Sean Hannity’s TV sidekick, Grayson, who is running to fill the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Marco Rubio, revealed his latest off-the-wall publicity stunt.

Democrat Grayson, most well-known for his vicious and racist smear campaigns against the pro-freedom, pro-Constitution grassroots Tea Party movement, like sending communications to his useful idiot Democrat supporters displaying hateful images of cross-burning Klansmen, said that Ted Cruz, a principled constitutional conservative, is somehow not an American.

Furthermore, Alan Grayson told Colmes that if Ted Cruz eventually becomes the GOP nominee, he would file a sham lawsuit against Cruz for not being an American.

Here’s how Grayson’s incoherent rant went, via FOX News Radio, who shamefully still gives the anti-American Alan Colmes a paycheck:

COLMES: What are some of the other items on your hit list right now in terms of arguing with the other side?

GRAYSON: Honestly, it’s the appalling choices that they have among their so-called presidential candidates.

COLMES: Apparently Cruz is coming up strong now, and he’s kind of superceding Carson in the latest Reuters poll. But that’s not exactly a panacea for what ails us either?

GRAYSON: It’s resolved itself into this weird reality show. It’s not “The Biggest Loser” that they’re choosing, it’s “The Biggest Bigot.”

COLMES: That’s very interesting, are they all bigots?

GRAYSON: Show me one who represents the exception here. In a sense I guess Cruz is not technically that way, because technically he’s not even an American.

COLMES: Well, his mother was born here, so I guess like Obama, though it’s interesting to me the people who had a problem with Obama, though it’s interesting to me that the people who had a problem with Obama’s birth certificate don’t have a problem with Ted Cruz who literally was born in another country and renounced his Canadian citizenry.

GRAYSON: I don’t know, the Constitution says natural born Americans, so now we’re counting Canadians as natural born Americans? How does that work? I’m waiting for the moment that he gets the nomination and then I will file that beautiful lawsuit saying that he’s unqualified for the job because he’s in eligible.

COLMES: So you’re saying should he get the nomination, Alan Grayson will file a lawsuit against his candidacy.

GRAYSON: Absolutely! Call me crazy but I think the President of America should be an American.

When a communist like Alan Grayson goes full-on birther and starts quoting the U.S. Constitution, considering the plethora of serious constitutional violations Obama has committed that Grayson blesses, you know we’re in trouble.

The National Constitutional Center provides a detailed analysis proving why Ted Cruz is elegible to run for the presidency, and properly points out that Cruz isn’t the first person to run for president who wasn’t born in the United States. John McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone, and George Romney, who ran for president in 1968, was born in Mexico.

“I was born in Calgary. My mother was an American citizen by birth,” Ted Cruz said.  “Under federal law, that made me an American citizen by birth. The Constitution requires that you be a natural-born citizen.”

For Grayson to question Ted Cruz’s loyalty to America may be the worst act of gutter politics he has engaged in, which is saying something considering his past.
