Michelle Obama Asked How Long She’s Been Married; Her Answer is a Real Head-Scratcher

Michelle Obama

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Barack and Michelle (or, “Michael” as he sometimes refers to her) Obama were married on October 3, 1992, over 22 years ago, but you wouldn’t know it from Wednesday’s “Take Your Daughters and Sons to Work Day” event at the Obama White House.[/vc_column_text][banner300 banner=”5517620b381df”][vc_column_text]Historically, it’s men that have been known to forget dates like anniversaries and birthdays, but in this case, Michelle Obama has no clue how long she’s been married to Barack. In fact, she can’t even come within a decade of guessing the number.

As Truth Revolt reported, when a child asked the most basic of questions, “How long have you and Barack been married?” by one of the children, Mrs. Obama answered:

“Uh, 20-something years. Wait, somebody (looks to her aides for help) you guys know the date. When was it? It’s been over a decade. It’s been a while.”

Actually, more than two decades, 22 years would be the correct answer.

What’s the saying? Time flies when you’re having fun.

There’s something very strange about this. Who doesn’t know how long they’ve been married? Or, at least how many decades?[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
