Miley Cyrus Runs-Off at the Mouth, but This Famous Daughter CALLS HER OUT

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In truth, few should give much weight to the ramblings of Miley Cyrus or any other celebrity who appears content to just run off at the mouth about causes and issues that they do not seem to fully understand.[/vc_column_text][banner300 banner=”5517620b381df”][vc_column_text]Still, unfortunately, celebrities are given a platform and too many Americans listen to these nitwits. Conservatives need not merely fight a legislative war, but a culture war as well- and that begins with refuting ridiculous statements made by celebrities who wish to discuss politics.

Recently, Miley Cyrus made news for (again) appearing nude in a magazine and discussing her views on homosexual issues and religious issues.

While simultaneously calling for tolerance, Cyrus’ tirade serves as a remarkably intolerant diatribe.

Cyrus blasted Christian evangelicals, saying, “Those people [shouldn’t] get to make our laws. That’s f–king insane.”

Cyrus also refers to herself as the “least judgmental person ever.”

Speaking of her sexual preference, Cyrus claimed, “I am literally open to every single thing that is consenting and doesn’t involve an animal and everyone is of age. Everything that’s legal, I’m down with. Yo, I’m down with any adult — anyone over the age of 18 who is down to love me. I don’t relate to being boy or girl, and I don’t have to have my partner relate to boy or girl.”

Yes- up is down, black is white and words and identities have no meaning in this age of absolute moral relativism where everything is acceptable and there is no right and wrong.

Cyrus also lashed-out at her parents- Christians who tried to teach her right and wrong and gave her everything in life.

Cyrus called them “conservative-ass mother—kers.”

But another famous daughter has spoken up to refute Cyrus’ oh-so-enlightened commentary seething with angst-riddled nuggets of knowledge: Bristol Palin.

“While her nude photo shoot has attracted the attention of many, it is her hilarious tirade about tolerance that turned my head,” the 24 year-old daughter of Sarah Palin wrote.

“Is it just me or does it seem more than a little fake that someone claiming to be accepting of everyone and everything would spew such  judgment towards her own parents and their deeply held religious beliefs?

She wants everyone else to let her be ‘free to be Miley,’ but seems unwilling to offer the same respect to her parents and those who wish to live out their Christian faith.

Oh, Miley.  Thanks for giving us the best example of what ‘tolerance’ looks like in Hollywood: it looks a lot like contempt.”

That’s exactly what passes for “tolerance” in liberal circles. The culture war that engulfs America is not a war of ideas, but a war for freedom. Can we not just agree to disagree? Can I not object to the pollution of the term “marriage” without being personally attacked as a bigot?[/vc_column_text][banner300 banner=”553157113d3ff”][vc_column_text]If Cyrus (or any other liberals) wish for a truly tolerant America, it starts with allowing people to say what they think without the promise of harsh rebukes and character assassination in return.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
