Momma’s Boy Jeb Bush Runs to Mommy for Help in Latest Campaign Ad

Jeb Bush is certainly a momma’s boy. Even he says so.

“Let’s just — let me get this out of the way: I love my mother more than my dad,” Jeb admitted earlier this month.

And while there’s nothing wrong with being a mamma’s boy, it probably doesn’t make a lot of campaign sense to trot out mommy when Jeb Bush is trying to exude strength and is desperately trying to shed the “low energy” label Donald Trump has hung on him.

But that’s exactly what Jeb Bush did in his latest 30-second campaign ad, even using his mother, former First Lady Barbara Bush, to take a swipe at current Republican frontrunner, bombastic billionaire and reality TV star Donald Trump.

“Rather than talking about how popular they are or how great they are, he’s doing it because he sees a huge need and it’s not being filled by anybody,” Mrs. Bush says in the ad, a clear knock on Trump. “Of all the people running, he seems to be the one who can solve the problems,” she argues.

Mrs. Bush called Jeb a “very good father” and a “wonderful son” and a “hard worker” (timed perfectly with Jeb rolling up his sleeves!) and therefore, would be a “great president.”

How sweet.
