More BAD News for FOX News and Soon to Be Ousted CEO Roger Ailes

FOX News’ Roger Ailes is being sued by former FOX News host Gretchen Carlson for sexual harassment. While many at FOX, including women such as Jeanine Pirro, Greta Van Susteren, and Kimberly Guilfoyle, have stood by Ailes and claimed they have never witnessed or experienced sexual harassment by him, it was noted by many that Megyn Kelly was noticeably silent.

It turns out her silence may be related to testimony she reportedly has given to attorneys conducting the investigation that Roger Ailes made unwanted sexual advances towards her 10 years ago when she was beginning her journalism career. On Wednesday, Dan Adams, the founder of Mediaite and a legal analyst, appeared on ABC’s “Good Morning America” and shared even more damning allegations about Ailes, who is reportedly being forced out of the network by Rupert Murdoch and his sons.

“The source tells me that multiple Fox News talent — women both current and/or former — have come forward to allege possible harassment by Roger Ailes and that’s why it’s moving so quickly, because it’s so clear to the owners know that something needs to be done,” Abrams says, adding Kelly herself has alleged “multiple incidents of harassment.”

Abrams also shared that even if Ailes is let go and given a settlement to terminate his position with the network, Carlson’s lawsuit will no doubt continue.

Unfortunately for Ailes and those who have stood by him as innocent, not only does Megyn Kelly allege “multiple incidents of harassment,” there are also many others who were once bound by non-disclosure agreements years ago after reaching a settlement with Ailes who will now be able to speak. The non-disclosure agreements were waived by 20th Century Fox so that the woman could come forward and testify.
