Obama SHAMEFULLY Exploits Young Hero’s Death to Push Anti-Second Amendment Agenda

As President Obama and the rest of his merry band of tyrant work diligently to separate law-abiding citizens from their firearms, the nation’s inner cities remain awash in gun violence.

The left prefers to avoid certain realities. It’s easier to wage a war on police than it is to discuss the epidemic of black-on-black crimes that serve as the real problem facing black inner-city youths. Similarly, rather than discuss the epidemic of gang violence and the guns that are in the wrong hands, the left prefers to target our Second Amendment and the legal process through which law-abiding citizens obtain their firearms.

While this distortion of priorities is both obnoxious and nauseating, the truly disgusting element of the left’s messaging comes from their willingness to politicize everything- even the senseless murder of a brave young man who died defending others from gunshots.

On Thursday evening in Knoxville, Tennessee, a brave young football star named Zaevion Dobson jumped-on three girls to shield them from a spray of bullets that rained-down during a gangland drive-by. The three girls lived, Dobson, sadly, did not.

Reportedly, Dobson was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. As he was heading to a friend’s house, he stopped to talk to the girls. The shooting was one of a string of shootings that took place on Thursday and Friday as rival gangs went back-and-forth in a feud and innocents were swept-up in the violence, including Dobson.

Dobson was 15 years old and died a hero. The three gang members who allegedly perpetrated the cowardly crime reportedly sought to shoot at a group of teenagers who were merely celebrating the holidays.

The details of the investigation are ongoing, but with three alleged shooters with gang affiliations, it is a safe bet that they had not obtained the firearms through legal means.

Still, though the details of the investigation are continuing to emerge, that did not stop America’s Divider-in-Chief from weighing-in to gruesomely capitalize upon Dobson’s death to promote his own agenda. On Sunday, Obama tweeted,

“Zaevion Dobson died saving three friends from getting shot. He was a hero at 15. What’s our excuse for not acting?”

To answer President Obama’s rhetorical question, our “excuse” for not mindlessly bending to his dictatorial demands for gun control is the Second Amendment, a sacred right that stands as a vanguard of liberty and the truest measure to keep tyrannical government and criminals alike at bay.

For months now, Obama has pushed and prodded and thrown endless temper tantrums to try and enforce his will. Though Congress has steadfastly refused to bend to his tyrannical demands, America’s first dictator has suggested that he will soon act without Congress or any constitutional authority to undermine the Second Amendment via executive orders.

Dobson died trying to protect others and instead of honoring his sacrifice, Obama callously and shamefully exploited his death to advance an unconstitutional agenda.

Has he no shame?
