Donald Trump did the unthinkable, something political professionals, prognosticators and pundits said was impossible by defeating Hillary Clinton on Tuesday night, becoming the 45th President of the United States. Trump will become the first president in American history to have neither held prior political office nor been a member of the military in defeating progressive democrat Hillary Clinton, considered by many to be the weakest and most corrupt nominee in the history of the Democrat Party.
After Donald Trump won state after state where professional pollsters gave him little if any chance of winning, Trump was declared the winner of the 2016 presidential election.

“It is time for us to come together as one united people,” Trump said during his victory speech at 2:50 AM ET on Wednesday. “I pledge to every citizen of our land, I’ll be a president to all Americans,” he declared.
Hillary Clinton refused to show up to her campaign headquarters to deliver a concession speech, but instead send out campaign chairman John Podesta, who thanked supporters and said that Hillary Clinton had always been with them, despite her absence.

“For those who have chosen not to support me in the past, of which there were a few people, I’m reaching out to you for your guidance and your help so that we can work together and unify our great country,” Trump told excited supporters.
“The forgotten men and women of our country of will be forgotten no longer,” Trump proclaimed.
