Hillary Clinton (shocker) is caught in the middle of another scandal. Not over her health mind you, but over her and her campaign’s lying about it. Was Hillary’s collapse on Sunday just “overheating” as the campaign originally contended, or did she have “pneumonia,” as it later stated?
Or, as Bill Clinton indicated to CBS News on Monday, are Hillary’s fainting spells “frequent,” and therefore possibly indicative of a more systemic health problem? Who knows? With the Clintons, coverups are legendary.
Ironically, either part of the cover-up or an extremely ill-timed profile piece features Hillary Clinton, in (sit down for this one) Women’s Health magazine!
The Washington Times reported on Tuesday, just two days after Hillary’s health problem:
Hillary Clinton will make an awkwardly timed appearance in the upcoming issue of Women’s Health magazine.
The puff piece in the October issue comes amid the Democratic presidential nominee’s recent health scares, including nearly collapsing at a 9/11 memorial ceremony on Sunday and being diagnosed with pneumonia over the weekend.
It features a photo of Mrs. Clinton accompanied by a short interview, during which she talks about fighting for women’s rights around the world.
“As first lady, senator, and secretary of state, I would watch world leaders roll their eyes whenever I brought up issues that affect women and girls,” Mrs. Clinton says in the interview. “But with persistence — and data — I’ve watched it dawn on more than a few men that women’s issues are their issues, too.”
How’s that for propaganda, folks? They probably think that this will help Hillary’s image. Instead, it cements her image as a phony.
