Results of New Bush Campaign Poll in South Carolina has Results Trump Won’t Like

They say that internal polls should be taken with a grain of salt, and yet, political campaigns do pay a lot of money for them, so they must have some value.

Howard Kurtz of FOX News reports that an internal poll taken by the Jeb Bush campaign shows the establishment RINO squish in a distant third place, neck-and-neck with pro-amnesty Gang of Eight member, Marco Rubio .

The poll, if accurate, shows major tightening between the top two frontrunners, Donald Trump and Ted Cruz .

Despite some public polls showing Trump with as much as a 22-point lead over Cruz, the new internal poll for the Bush PAC, according to Kurtz, shows the bombastic billionaire and reality TV actor leading the constitutional conservative by only two percentage points, 26% to 24%.

Kurtz reports that the Cruz surge is “based on significant support” in upstate South Carolina, where there is a high concentration of evangelical Christians.

If true, this may explain why Trump repeatedly called Cruz a liar for pointing out that Trump supports funding the Planned Parenthood baby butcher chop shop.

And even though Trump said that Cruz shouldn’t have called RINO Mitch McConnell a liar, he has no problem doing it himself. But there’s one little problem — Trump’s own words.

Saying that Planned Butcherhood does “some really wonderful things,” is like saying that Hitler built great roads and made the railroads run on time.
