Ruth Bader Ginsburg Blasts Flag-Sitter Colin Kaepernick: ‘Really Dumb’ [VIDEO]

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a favorite of progressive leftist Democrats who believe in a “living, breathing Constitution” so that unelected judges can change the meaning of words to push their left-wing political agenda without having to go through an elected Congress, may not be quite so revered by the left after the comments she just made about notorious flag-sitter and second-string San Francisco 49er quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg called Kaepernick’s National Anthem protests “really dumb,” but said that there are no laws preventing people from being “stupid” or “arrogant,” in an interview with Yahoo News’ Katie Couric on Monday, and said that she “strongly takes issue” with the manner in which the NFL players are expressing themselves.

“I think it’s really dumb of them,” Ginsburg said about Kaepernick and others in the NFL for acting “disrespectful” towards the American Flag.

Ginsburg went on to say that she feel the same thing about flag burning, that no one should be arrested for doing it but that it’s a “terrible thing to do.”
