Within a 24 hour period this weekend, four police officers were targeted, ambushed, and shot simply because they wear a uniform.

Officers shot in Gladstone, Missouri and Sanibel, Florida survived. San Antonio police detective Benjamin Marconi, who was ambushed and shot as he was writing a ticket for a routine traffic stop, died. A fourth officer, as yet unidentified, was shot in St. Louis, Missouri. He survived but is in critical condition. He was miraculously able to call for help, after being ambushed and shot as he was driving in his patrol car, and describe what happened.

St.Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson explained what happened to his officer in the moments that led up to the attack against his life.

Please pray for our men and women in blue. Sadly, in America today, the war on cops has heightened with their lives are in even more danger just for wearing a badge with attacks on officers happening far too frequently.
