Literally only hours following the barbaric Islamic terrorist attack in San Bernardino on Wednesday, even before the 14 dead American bodies had time to cool off, Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch, while speaking before a Muslim Brotherhood front group, revealed that her “greatest fear” isn’t the rise of terrorism around the world from those adhering to the teachings of the Quran.
No, Eric Holder’s replacement, Loretta Lynch, went openly and outwardly against the bedrock of American freedom, the First Amendment and free speech, saying in pure un-American fashion that her “greatest fear” is the “incredibly disturbing rise of anti-Muslim rhetoric” in America.
Unfortunately, RINO Senate Majority Mitch McConnell and nine other Senate Republicans voted to confirm Loretta Lynch after Eric Holder, the first sitting attorney general in American history to be held in contempt of Congress, resigned in disgrace.
Enter GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz, who isn’t about to bullied by Loretta Lynch or by anyone else into silence, and he is not about to let Lynch implement Sharia Law, which criminalizes criticism of Islam or the Muslim prophet Muhammed.
At the FreedomWorks Rising Tide Summit in Iowa on Saturday, Ted Cruz threw down the gauntlet, powerfully telling Loretta Lynch to, in essence, bring it.
At the 4:15 mark below, Cruz tells the energized audience:
“We see Loretta Lynch, the attorney general, promising in the wake of this terrorist attack — does she come out and say, ‘We’re going to track down the terrorists and kill them’?
No, she says prosecute anyone that has the temerity to stand up and speak against radical Islamic terrorism.
Well, let me tell you right now, radical Islamic terrorism is evil.
Mr. President, there is not a moral equivalence between radical Islamic terrorists and Christians and Jews.
[More Loud Applause]
One has a philosophy from day one of murdering those who they consider infidels; the other preach love and forgiveness and standing together as one humanity.
And let me say beyond that in the United States, we will not enforce Sharia Law.
And Madam attorney general, if you wanna come prosecute me for executing my First Amendment rights, come and get me, I’m right here!”
