“It is a dark time for the Republic. A deceptive and radical donkey has seized the capital and shredded the Constitution. A powerful rebel warrior must arise to unite the elephants and save the nation.”

So goes the intro to The Constitution Strikes Back — The Cruzade, a three-minute video produced by Highway 61 Entertainment featuring presidential candidate Ted Cruz, a constitutional conservative.

Produced just in time for the much-ballyhooed release of Star Wars – The Force Awakens, the cartoon mini-movie features an elephant-riding Ted Cruz riding to the Obama White House carrying a rolled up Constitution that transforms into a light saber — all for the purpose of removing Obama’s infamous and evil “pen and phone” the tools Obama has used to implement a plethora of unconstitutional royal edicts.
