This Latest Poll is Sure to Crush Obama’s Inflated, but Fragile, Ego

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Barack Obama didn’t wake up to very good news this morning. According to the latest CNN poll, Obama’s favorability rating is below that of his favorite person to blame for anything bad that has happened during his administration, that is his predecessor George W. Bush.

[/vc_column_text][banner300 banner=”5517620b381df”][vc_column_text]Polling done this month by CNN indicates that only 45 percent approve of Obama’s job as president while 52 percent disapprove. This marks a decline in approval from April when 48 percent approved of the job Obama is doing as president. It also marks a huge increase in disapproval. In April, Obama’s disapproval rating was 47 percent.

In contrast, Obama’s favorite punching bag since campaigning for the office of the presidency in 2008, George W. Bush, has seen his ratings skyrocket. The former Republican president enjoys a 52 percent favorability rating while his unfavorability rating is only 43 percent. This is the best polling by Bush since CNN began the polling in 2006.

Although Bush has been out of office for over 6 years, that has not stopped Team Obama from attempting to place the blame on him for everything from the stagnant economy to the rise of ISIS. It doesn’t appear that this strategy is working out well for them.
