The progressive Marxists in San Franciso must be livid to see their commune covered with posters of constitutional conservative and 2016 GOP presidential candidate, Ted Cruz.[/vc_column_text][banner300 banner=”5517620b381df”][vc_column_text]
Posters showing Cruz as an action hero called “The Liberator” popped up all over parts of downtown San Francisco, bearing the caption, “I don’t work for the party bosses in Washington. I work for YOU!”
One can only imagine the “horror” the America and Constitution-hating leftists in San Franciso felt having to view these images (via Truth Revolt):
Truth Revolt reports that the unnamed street artists responsible for the posters were inspired to make the posters because:
“Cruz has the mild-mannered appearance of a Peter Parker or a Clark Kent, but when push comes to shove, he has suited up and fought fearlessly for liberty. Our country needs a man like Cruz, who cares deeply about the Republic and will do whatever it takes, including knocking out, metaphorically of course, the party bosses in Washington, in order to free us from the tentacles of a tyrannical federal government.”
Last year, posters of a badass-looking, heavily tattooed Cruz created a buzz around Beverly Hills and parts of Los Angeles, in anticipation of a March 2014 keynote address Cruz was set to deliver while receiving the Claremont Institute’s Statesmanship Award at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles.
That March 2014 poster:
Cruz joked about the poster, saying he noticed one problem with it, “I don’t smoke cigarettes.”
The first declared candidate has already raised a whopping $31 million, according to a report from Bloomberg.
