Poor Chris Christie. He seems to get no respect since hopping aboard the “Trump Train,” and usually finds himself under the tracks.
While speaking in New Jersey on Thursday, Donald Trump was talking about punishing companies that have moved overseas due to America’s tyrannical regulations and confiscatory tax policies, even though — hypocritically — his own line of apparel — suits and ties — are made in China.
In discussing trade, which he said may or “may not be free,” under a Trump Regime, the bloviating billionaire was encouraging boycotting companies like Nabisco that are moving out of Chicago to Mexico. For some reason, he thought that represented a good opportunity to make a fat joke at the expense of the rotund Chris Christie.
“I’m not eating Oreos anymore, you know that,” Trump told the audience. “Neither is Chris,” Trump said, pointing in the direction of Christie.
“You’re not eating Oreos anymore. No more Oreos for either of us, Chris. Don’t feel bad — for either of us,” as the crowd nervously chuckled.
