Trump Rioters Won’t Like the Joke He Told About The Border [VIDEO]

When Donald Trump spoke at the California GOP Convention on Friday, he was met with backlash from protesters. The scene was crazy and Trump’s security had to be careful and creative in getting Trump to the venue.

After going around a fence and stepping over a concrete embankment, Trump and crew finally made it to the venue, the Hyatt Regency, for his speech. It was there that he made a joke about his experience that was actually quite funny.

Describing it as “not the easiest entrance” he’s ever made, Trump then compared the experience to crossing the border.

“My wife called and said ‘there were helicopters following you’ … and then we went under a fence and through a fence. Oh boy, it felt like I was crossing the border, actually.”

The fact that the protesters outside were there to protest, among other things, Trump’s stance on the border and his claim that he will build a wall made the joke even funnier.
