Two Vulnerable Senate RINOs Get Endorsement of Anti-Second Amendment Rights Group

RINO Sens. Mark Kirk (IL) and Pat Toomey (PA)

It’s not just Democrats who are against constitutionally protected Second Amendment rights. Some “Republicans” are as well, or at least are squishy enough on the issue to garner the support of leftist groups that are hell-bent on infringing on Second Amendment rights.

Two vulnerable Senate RINOs have received the endorsement of Americans for Responsible Solutions (pro-tip: Anytime a leftist politician uses the word “responsible,” run!), an anti-rights front group founded by former Democrat Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, who thinks that criminals obey gun laws, including idiotic “gun-free zones” that leave innocent Americans as target practice for mass murderers.

Giffords and her husband, Mark Kelly announced their endorsement of Sens. Mark Kirk (RINO-IL) and Pat Toomey (RINO who should know better – PA) , in a CNN op-ed on Monday that sounded like Soviet propaganda with leftist buzzwords like “progress” and “common sense” (Orwellian for obliteration of constitutional rights).

The progressive leftist Democrats wrote:

In the wake of the tragedy at Sandy Hook, Republican Sens. Pat Toomey and Mark Kirk broke from the gun lobby and supported a bill to help prevent felons, domestic abusers and the dangerously mentally ill from obtaining firearms at gun shows and online.

This week, they are earning our organization’s endorsement.

The above is a common leftist canard, as there are already endless laws restricting gun usage for certain individuals, and guess what, criminals don’t obey them.

Kirk and Toomey should be hanging their heads in shame to be endorsed by Gifford’s anti-rights group, which pretends to want to stop “gun violence,” while at the same time wanting to disarm law-abiding Americans from the God-given right to protect themselves.
