VIDEO: Did Joe Biden Just Take a Shot at Hillary?

Rumors continue to swirl about regarding the likelihood of Vice President Joe Biden entering the 2016 presidential race. Washington insiders continue to state that Biden will run while Biden has remained coy about his decision and has asserted that he does not yet know if he will.

On Tuesday, however, Biden cracked a joke to the press that appeared to be at Hillary Clinton’s expense. If so, it might be an early indication that the vice president is ready to start chipping-away at the former Secretary of State who struggles to break-out in the 2016 Democratic primaries.

“If I don’t move, I’ll be demoted to secretary of state or something like that,” Biden said at a White House summit.

Moments later, perhaps realizing the dig he just made at Hillary might be interpreted as such, Biden added. “That’s a joke,” pointing to the press corps.

It may have been a joke, but it appears to be a joke at Hillary’s expense as she continues to struggle to find a message for her campaign. She is consistently viewed as untrustworthy, according to a wide variety of polls, and her email scandal is not simply “going away” as she likely has hoped for.

With her character and her personality both appearing as hindrances to her chance of election, Democrats are likely looking for a second-stringer to put into the game and Biden looks like the most-likely candidate.
