What Obama Just Said About Illegals is an Insult to All Americans

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Barack Obama was in Portland, Oregon on Thursday morning to attend a Democrat fundraiser. In listening to his speech, he spouted the typical half truths and outright lie based Democrat talking points ranging from claims made about unemployment, while ignoring the 92 million Americans who are no longer in the workforce, to a continued push for free community college, that will technically not be free because it has to be paid for somehow. However, one of the more disturbing things that he said was when he made the push, once again, for illegal immigration.

[/vc_column_text][banner300 banner=”5517620b381df”][vc_column_text]What he said about illegals is beyond disturbing. It is insulting to not just hard working Americans, but also to those immigrants who came to this country legally.

When Obama’s speech turned to his obsession and commitment, despite his unconstitutional actions, to give illegal immigrants legal status, he said that those young people who are here illegally are “Americans just like our kids, except they don’t have the right documents.”

It was even worse than that.

While speaking, Obama bragged about going against the Constitution with his actions, and blatantly admitted that  lied when he took his oath on a Bible to defend and protect the Constitution. (emphasis mine)

“We still got to make sure we get comprehensive immigration reform passed in this country. I couldn’t be prouder of the work that we’ve done through executive actions to make sure that our young DREAMers–young people who were brought here as children and are Americans just like our kids, except they don’t have the right documents–the notion that we would be keeping them in the shadows made no sense.”

“But we’ve got to solve that larger problem, and only Congress can do that. And you’ve got some great members of Congress who understand that. Now, we’ve got to get all members of Congress to understand that–and we’ve got to get that thing passed. It’s the right thing to do. It’s good for our economy–and it upholds our tradition as a nation of laws and a nation of immigrants.”

[/vc_column_text][banner300 banner=”553157113d3ff”][vc_column_text]It’s the right thing to do? It upholds our tradition as a nation of laws?

So, giving legal status to lawbreakers upholds our tradition as a nation of laws in the mind of Obama.

Obama is lucky it wasn’t raining in Portland so that lightning didn’t have the chance to strike him. After all, he is the one who targeted conservatives and Tea Party groups for daring to fight against his radical, Marxist based ideology. Obama himself predictably lied about that scandal, calling it a non-scandal, and nothing has happened to those responsible. Lois Lerner, then director of the Exempt Organizations Unit, was simply rewarded with a big, fat retirement package.

So much for being a nation of laws.

Watch Obama deliver these disturbing remarks about illegals being just like American kids at approximately the 16:08 mark.
