What the White House DOESN’T Say About ISIS’ Mass Slaughter of Christians is DISGRACEFUL

While Western countries cower to Islamic sensibilities and seek to augment religious considerations for Muslims while simultaneously working to restrict religious freedoms for Christians in the U.S. and Europe, Islamic terrorism is on the rise.

The same left that asserts that not baking a wedding cake for homosexuals is an egregious anti-gay act continually turns a blind eye to the routine murders of homosexuals in ISIS-controlled territory.

The same liberals who maintain that not buying Sandra Fluke her birth control is a “war on women” are the very same liberals who purposely overlook the horrid misogyny that is commonplace in the Middle East.

And, most-outrageously, the same left that asserts that we need to be more sensitive to the religious sensibilities of Muslims continually shrugs-off the Christian genocide occurring in the Middle East.

Tens-of-thousands of Christians in ISIS-controlled territory in Syria and Iraq have been tortured, murdered and even crucified. Untold thousands more have been lucky enough to flee their ancestral lands to escape the slaughter that was coming.

George Weidenfeld, a Jew who escaped the Holocaust thanks to the efforts of Christians, has begun a charity to assist those fleeing the genocide. “I have a debt to repay,” Weidenfeld maintains.

Breitbart reports:

Christians have reportedly been crucifiedbeheaded, raped, and forced to convert to Islam by ISIS. All the while, Christian children are being sold into slavery.

“It is like going back 1,000 years seeing the barbarity that Christians are having to live under. I think we are dealing with a group which makes Nazism pale in comparison and I think they have lost all respect for human life,” the charity’s founder and international chief Patrick Sookhdeo told Daily Express.

“Crucifying these people is sending a message and they are using forms of killing which they believe have been sanctioned by Sharia law,” he added. “For them what they are doing is perfectly normal and they don’t see a problem with it. It is that religious justification which is so appalling.”

Of course, the White House does not seem to care about this genocide that is occurring as to acknowledge it would serve a serious blow to the “everything’s fine” foreign policy fiction the Obama Administration has been trying to sell to the American people for years.

The narrative currently being pushed by the shameful Obama regime is that while violence does occur in the Middle East, weak, strategic strikes are neutralizing the threats posed by ISIS- a complete fiction that any seventh grade current events class could easily debunk with a stack of newspapers and a Google search.

On Monday, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest refused to acknowledge the wholesale slaughter of Christians in the region as genocide and told reporters,

“Well, we have long expressed our concerns with the tendency of — well, not a tendency — a tactic employed by ISIL to slaughter religious minorities in Iraq and in Syria. You’ll recall at the very beginning of the military campaign against ISIL that some of the first actions that were ordered by President Obama, by the United States military, were to protect Yazidi religious minorities that were essentially cornered on Mt. Sinjar by ISIL fighters.”

Earnest claimed that the Obama administration has “long been concerned by the way that ISIL attempts to target religious minorities,” but hedged significantly and refused to call the genocide for what it is, saying, “My understanding is, the use of that word involves a very specific legal determination that has at this point not been reached.”

Tens-of-thousands of Christians are being slaughtered and tortured and many, many more are fleeing this violence and the Obama Administration is willfully dodging the point; they appear utterly unconcerned with this wholesale slaughter and, instead, are more-focused on using the proper terminology to describe the unspeakable horrors occurring.

If actions indicate preference, what can we conclude about a president who refuses to fiercely combat Islamic terrorists while turning a blind eye to the genocide of Christians in the region?
