Wikileaks: Clinton Campaign Conspired to Threaten SCOTUS Over Obamacare

One of the latest revelations to come out of the Wikileaks Podesta email leaks should have every single American, regardless of political party, shaking in their boots.

In June 2015, top members of Hillary Clinton’s campaign were conspiring to determine how to threaten the Supreme Court into ruling in favor of Obamacare in the case of King vs. Burwell. This lawsuit, had the Supreme Court ruled against it, would have essentially killed Obamacare. Team Hillary came up with a detailed plan, conspiring with a top person in the far-left, George Soros-funded Center for American Progress, to make it clear to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) that there would be “negative political consequences to ruling against the government.”

Involved in this plan to threaten the Supreme Court on behalf of Hillary Clinton’s campaign for the presidency were Jennifer Palmeiri, (communications director), Jake Sullivan (advisor), and Brian Fallon, (press secretary). They colluded on this plan along with Neera Tanden from the George Soros-funded Center for American Progress.

With this also came the threat that Hillary Clinton would turn the SCOTUS into an election issue if they did not rule in favor of Obamacare. These co-conspirators discussed how it would be easy to pressure SCOTUS by “planting stories about how Clinton would turn the Supreme Court into an election issue.”

On June 2, 2015, Tanden wrote Sullivan with her thoughts on scaring the court into ruling in favor of the government.

As Jennifer will remember, it was pretty critical that the President threw the gauntlet down last time on the Court, warning them in the first case that it would politicize the role of the Court for them to rule against the ACA. As a close reader of the case, I honestly believe that was vital to scaring Roberts off.

Tanden then went into detail about the “political consequences” the Supreme Court would face from Hillary Clinton if they dared to “rule against the government.

Therefore, I think it would be helpful to have a story of how progressives and Hillary would make the Supreme Court an election issue (which would be a ready argument for liberals) if the Court rules against the government. It’s not that you wish that happens. But that would be the necessary consequence of a negative decision…the Court itself would become a hugely important political issue.

After saying that they could get stories written at Center for American Progress but the Clinton Foundation would have to make the threat stick, Jennifer Palmeiri, Hillary’s communications director, approved of the sinister plan and Brian Fallon, Hillary’s press secretary, let it be known that he would work to get the stories out in order to threaten the Supreme Court.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign conspiring to threaten the Supreme Court to rule in a way favorable to them sounds like something that is straight out of House of Cards with Hillary Clinton playing Claire Underwood. They are dirty, deceitful, vile, and dangerous. They will also do anything to not only maintain but also grow their political empire and anti-American leftist agenda.
